David Tonoyan Meets with Artsakh State Minister Grigori Martirosyan and Defense Army Commander Jalal Harutyunyan

The Ministry of Defense's press service reports that on June 19, Defense Minister David Tonoyan met with Artsakh Republic State Minister Grigori Martirosyan and Defense Army Commander Jalal Harutyunyan at the Ministry of Defense administrative complex.

David Tonoyan congratulated the State Minister of Artsakh on his reappointment. During the meeting, a series of issues of mutual interest were discussed, as well as the progress of joint projects.

The interlocutors exchanged ideas on various measures aimed at ensuring social guarantees for servicemen enshrined in the law in Armenia, as well as the possibilities for their implementation in the Republic of Artsakh.
