Administrative Proceedings to be Initiated by AATM Based on Violations Recorded in Armavir Polyclinic

The Health and Labor Inspection Body of Armenia conducted an intensified inspection today in the city of Armavir. Employees of the Southern Territorial Center of the inspection authority actively monitored compliance with safety rules set by the Armenian government by various organizations operating in Armavir. These include banks, credit organizations, service offices of mobile operators, pharmacies, dental clinics, retail outlets, beauty salons, and more, as reported by the Government.

An inspection was also conducted at the polyclinic in Armavir. Continuous monitoring revealed violations especially in dental clinics and several beauty salons. Based on these findings, a proposal will be submitted to the Armenian Prime Minister to suspend their activities, and administrative proceedings will be initiated by the inspection authority regarding the violations recorded at the Armavir polyclinic.

Minor violations were found in pharmacies, banks, and office-based organizations, where operators significantly addressed the noted deficiencies through regular inspections. The inspections in Armavir are part of a broader initiative for ongoing monitoring throughout the republic. The aim of this daily work is to ensure compliance with the norms defined by the Prime Minister.

At the same time, today the AATM suspended operations of over 80 organizations across various regions of Armenia, including boutiques in the 'Yerevan Mall' shopping center and a branch of the 'Nor Zovk' supermarket. Notably, the branch located at 8/2 Hakob Hakobyan Street continued to operate independently despite being suspended, in violation of the Prime Minister’s directives. The Health and Labor Inspection Body urgently informed the Armenian police about this violation to take appropriate measures.

Reports were also received through the hotline regarding deficiencies and possible violations at this branch of the supermarket chain. The Health and Labor Inspection Body reiterates that the Prime Minister’s decisions are subject to mandatory enforcement. Failure to comply will result in administrative responsibility, with more severe penalties for repeat offenders.
