1201 Violations Discovered During Emergency Regime Service

The emergency regime service of the external units of the Armenian Police continues across the country. Simultaneously, various administrative regions are carrying out special measures to ensure effective supervision over compliance with the requirements set by the Chief Minister's decisions.

In total, 38,161 reports have been drawn up concerning violations of the rules of the state of emergency legal regime. On June 18, during the emergency regime service, 1,201 violations were discovered. Corresponding reports have been prepared for all violations.

It is also noteworthy that as of June 16, a decision by the Chief Minister of Armenia has come into effect, stipulating that citizens must carry identification documents with them. According to the decision, valid identification documents include passports, identification cards, and driver's licenses. If a citizen fails to carry an identification document, police officers will draw up an administrative violation report against them. If an individual is not wearing a mask and does not possess identification, police will compile two violation reports against that citizen.

Moreover, police task forces, in cooperation with regulatory authorities, are effectively monitoring courtyards, self-isolation, and quarantine areas, during mourning and funeral services, as well as in commercial and public catering establishments through inspection visits.

Dear citizens, the emergency regime service of the police continues; please adhere to the rules of the state of emergency legal regime.
