Nikol Pashinyan Signs New Decision

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision on measures to ensure the implementation of the laws "On Amendments to the Water Code of the Republic of Armenia" and "On Ratifying the Agreement on the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Waste within the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union."

According to point 1 of the decision N 541-N of April 8, 2004, by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the following measures have been approved:

1. To approve the measures to ensure the implementation of the law "On Amendments to the Water Code of the Republic of Armenia" (Law HՕ-230-N of April 29, 2020) as per Annex N 1;
2. To approve the measure to ensure the implementation of the law "On Ratifying the Agreement on the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Waste within the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union" (Law HՕ-224-N of April 29, 2020) as per Annex N 2.
