1081 Violations Detected During Emergency Service
The emergency service of the external divisions of the Police of the Republic of Armenia continues across the entire territory of the country. Concurrently, special measures are being implemented in various administrative districts to ensure effective oversight of compliance with the requirements of the caretaker's decisions.
In total, there have been 36,960 reports compiled regarding violations of the rules of the state of emergency up to this point, while 1,081 violations were detected during the emergency service conducted on June 17. Appropriate reports have been prepared for all violations.
It is also worth noting that as of June 16, a decision from the caretaker of Armenia has come into effect, requiring citizens to carry an identification document with them. According to the decision, acceptable identification documents include passports, identification cards, and driver's licenses. If a citizen does not have an identification document with them, the police will prepare a report regarding an administrative violation.
If a person is not wearing a mask and does not have an identification document, the police will prepare two administrative violation reports against that citizen.
Moreover, police enforcement teams, in cooperation with inspection bodies, are carrying out effective monitoring through checks in courtyards, self-isolation and isolation locations, during wake and funeral ceremonies, and in establishments operating in the trade and public catering sectors.
Dear citizens, the police's emergency service continues. Please adhere to the rules of the state of emergency.
