They Say All Revolutions Devour Their Children: Arman Abovyan

In the turmoil of these days, I have a rather interesting feeling. I look at and analyze the leaders (whether they are MPs or from the government) and I am simply astonished at how much their behavior, political principles, and mentality have transformed in just two years, clearly shaped by lies and cheap propaganda. This was noted by Arman Abovyan, the secretary of the parliamentary faction of the Prosperous Armenia Party, on his Facebook page.

He particularly mentioned: “What is the reason that the force that made a revolution actually betrayed its own principles, starting extensive political persecution with a smile on their faces, based on lies and distortions, which made them blind and deaf overnight, ‘not seeing’ the evident violence and ‘not hearing’ the voice of ordinary people? What made them throw justice and truth into the mud while proclaiming ‘a person is the greatest value’?”

It is said that all revolutions devour their children; perhaps this is the reason, I genuinely do not know.

P.S. And I apologize for being confused yesterday when I said that the book “Kill the Dragon” was written by Bertolt Brecht; I was emotional, forgive me, the book was written by Evgeny Schwartz, and I recommend everyone who has become blind and deaf to read this book, as it will clarify a lot about the logic of the ‘revolutionary’ authorities' actions.

P.P.S. I am not afraid and I will not remain silent.
