Pashinyan Signs New Decision Related to 'Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin' Law

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision approving the list of measures to ensure the implementation of the law on the confiscation of property of illegal origin.

According to the decision, "In accordance with point 1 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia decision No. 541-N dated April 8, 2004, to approve the list of measures to ensure the implementation of the law of the Republic of Armenia on the confiscation of property of illegal origin (HO-240-N dated April 16, 2020), as per the attached document," the statement reads.
