Court Rules Against NSS: Decision Made on Abraham Manukyan

It has become known to ArmLur.am that Judge Robert Papoyan has examined the legality of Abraham Manukyan's arrest and deemed it unlawful. Consequently, Abraham Manukyan has been released.

Furthermore, we learned that the issue of Manukyan's detention has not yet been discussed in court. In other words, the court has recorded that the arrest by the NSS was unlawful.

It is noteworthy that former Member of Parliament Abraham Manukyan is involved in the same criminal case in which charges have been filed against Gagik Tsarukyan, the president of the Prosperous Armenia Party.
