5-Year-Old Child Injured After Falling from Second Floor Transferred from Goris by Medical Helicopter to Yerevan
A 5-year-old child has been transferred from Goris to the "St. Gregory the Illuminator" Medical Center in Yerevan via a medical helicopter. This was reported by Gevorg Derzyan, the spokesperson for the medical center, on their Facebook page.
“On June 17, a 5-year-old child was transferred from Goris to the "St. Gregory the Illuminator" Medical Center in Yerevan by medical helicopter after falling from the second floor. The child was initially taken to the Goris Medical Center, where first aid was provided, and underwent surgery before being transferred to the capital. They have sustained multiple injuries, including a fractured lower jaw, a fractured right radial bone, abdominal contusion, and internal bleeding. The condition is assessed as serious. The child is currently in the intensive care unit of the "St. Gregory the Illuminator" Medical Center under medical supervision,” he wrote.
