As a relative, I feel pain for what happened to Tsarukyan, but I have different political views. Khachatur Sukiasyan
I, as a relative, feel a lot of pain today for what has happened to Mr. Tsarukyan, but as Khachatur Sukiasyan, I have different political views, different perceptions, and a different vision. This was stated by businessman and head of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan's relative Khachatur Sukiasyan in an interview with News.am.
When asked whether he considers the process legal or political, Sukiasyan replied that he cannot consider it legal or political since he is not a lawyer and is unfamiliar with the materials.
"I simply do not know what legal platform this is on, what it is about; I do not have legal education, I am not familiar with the materials, I do not have the right to express myself," Sukiasyan said.
Recall that earlier, the National Assembly voted in favor of stripping Tsarukyan of his immunity with 87 votes in favor, as well as the request of the Prosecutor General to deprive him of his freedom.
