Arthur Javadyan Appointed to New Position

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision appointing former Central Bank President Arthur Javadyan as a special envoy.

According to the decision, "Guided by part 1 of Article 16 of the Law on Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arthur Javadyan is appointed as a special envoy."
