As of 20:40, all citizens detained near the National Assembly and the National Security Service have been released. This was stated to NEWS.am by Edgar Janoyan, Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Armenian Police.

It is noteworthy that the number of detained citizens by 20:40 was 177.
