The Armenian National Security Service (NSS) has released a video concerning hundreds of systemic incidents of bribing voters during the April 2, 2017 parliamentary elections, which is linked to the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, on June 14, NSS employees searched Tsarukyan's private residence and his affiliated businesses. Following the search, the NSS issued statements regarding three different criminal cases related to Gagik Tsarukyan.

The first case involved irregularities at the "Shangri La" casino, owned by Tsarukyan. According to the NSS, the casino operated without a license, resulting in damages exceeding 29 billion Armenian drams to the state.

The second statement pertains to cases of vote-buying during the 2017 parliamentary elections.

While Tsarukyan was being interrogated, the NSS also announced the initiation of a third criminal case. According to the report, officials from the Arinj community of the Kotayk region illegally formalized constructions on a 7.5-hectare agricultural land that had been unlawfully leased, and then illegally sold the land to Tsarukyan’s "New" LLC. As a result of the irregularities in the Arinj community, about 370 million Armenian drams were not added to the community budget.
