If I Dare Not, I Might Turn to the Local Police: Zohrabyan on the Distributed Document

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Naira Zohrabyan, made a post on her Facebook page regarding a document related to her name that was published in an NSS video.

“I will lament my ‘compromat’... My fellow My Step party members are eagerly spreading a so-called text attributed to me, in which I supposedly promise to resign from my mandate if I make an emotional statement contrary to the interests of the team. I do not know whose surreal fantasy this is, but throughout my life, all my speeches have been public, and I do not have a tradition of writing secret papers.

The piece of paper being distributed is cheap disinformation, and if I dare not, I might turn to the local police. Thank you to our beloved NSS for transforming the country into a KVN (Club of the Funny and Inventive) and entertaining us so much!

P.S. Eat apples, eat apples,” Zohrabyan wrote.

Earlier, we reported that in the video released by the NSS, some frames show documents signed by Prosperous Armenia MP Naira Zohrabyan, Napoleon Azizyan, Sergey Bagratyan, and independent MP Tigran Urikhanyan, who left the Prosperous Armenia faction. One of the documents contains a statement from MP Naira Zohrabyan: “I, Naira Zohrabyan, as one of the members of the Prosperous Armenia Party, who has gone through my entire political path with Gagik Tsarukyan, promise and assure Tsarukyan that I will never make statements that have not been previously discussed and agreed with him. I guarantee and swear by my greatest sanctity—my daughters—that I will no longer make statements that lead to emotional confrontations and cause tension.”
