Arsen Torosyan Explains the Role of the Health Minister in Upholding Legality

“Do you know what the Health Minister and a member of the ruling party have to do with the enforcement of legality?” Minister Arsen Torosyan made a post on Facebook.

“The illegal activities, tax evasion, damage to the state, and election fraud have led to such underfunding in our sector that people have been unable to solve their health issues and have looked to 'donor benefactors' and their agents to get state-funded surgeries or receive financial support for medications amounting to just a few thousand drams. Now, it's time for all of that to be returned to the state budget, and those who committed illegal acts should be punished to the full extent of the law, so that no one dares to think of such things in the future.”
