The former head of the National Security Service and president of the "Homeland" party, Arthur Vanetsyan, stated in his Twitter microblog: "The extension of the state of emergency serves no purpose other than to postpone the removal of this government. This is simply unacceptable. The legality of this entire process will soon become the subject of detailed examination."
