Gathering Not Stopped as Police Chief Unable to Reach Pashinyan, Babayan Says

The gathering of individuals in front of the Arabkir police station is not being halted because the police chief cannot get in touch with Nikol Pashinyan. This was stated by human rights defender Arsen Babayan on his Facebook page.

"The gathering of individuals in front of the Arabkir police station is not being stopped because the police chief cannot connect with Nikol Pashinyan (Pashinyan is giving a speech in the National Assembly) to receive the appropriate instructions. He can't just act according to the law; he has seen what happened with the previous chief. The actual head of the NSS and police is Pashinyan," Babayan wrote.
