The Minister of High Technology Industry, Hakob Arshakyan, announced on his Facebook page: "The average mobile communication tariff with Artsakh has decreased by 52% in 2020. I would like to thank our partners in Artsakh, the communication operators, as well as our partners at the Regulatory Commission for their effective collaboration."
