Armenia Joins the International Religious Freedom Alliance
Armenia has joined the International Religious Freedom Alliance, formed in February 2020, which includes 29 countries. This was announced today, June 12, via the Facebook page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
As an advocate for human rights, Armenia places great importance on religious freedom as an inalienable right. By joining this alliance, Armenia reaffirms its commitment to strengthening tolerance towards religious groups and to collaborative efforts aimed at preventing religiously motivated violations.
