Hunan Poghosyan in Self-Isolation

The Governor of Syunik Province, Hunan Poghosyan, has been in self-isolation after having contacted a person infected with coronavirus. This was reported by the Vice-Governor Narek Babayan during a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly, explaining why he was present at the meeting regarding the execution of the 2019 budget.
