Fact: How Many Lawsuits Filed Against Pashinyan

According to the "Fact" newspaper, there are currently eight civil lawsuits in the courts of Armenia, with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan as the defendant. This information has been obtained from the judicial information system.

It is noteworthy that all of the lawsuits have almost identical demands, including: "publicly deny the defamatory factual information", "apologize for the offensive statements", "compensate for damage caused to honor and dignity", and more.

Furthermore, according to available information in the media, several other cases have not been accepted for proceedings.

Additionally, there are another 15 cases against the Prime Minister in administrative court, which mainly relate to demands regarding the annulment of certain decisions, restoration of the previous position held, compensation for damages, and obligation to adopt favorable administrative acts.

This number does not include lawsuits where only the Government of Armenia or the Prime Minister's Office are indicated as the defendants.
