Masks Mandatory in Enclosed Spaces and Public Dining Establishments: New Decision by Artsakh's Commander
The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, has signed a new decision regarding temporary restrictions applied throughout the republic. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
The decision stipulates that wearing masks is mandatory in enclosed spaces and public dining establishments, with certain exceptions during burial ceremonies and in vehicles conducting regular passenger transport.
Another decision signed by the Commander pertains to the anti-epidemic efforts being implemented across the republic. Specifically, quick-response anti-epidemic teams will be formed in the capital and regions to prevent the spread of coronavirus and to coordinate anti-epidemic activities.
The formation, overall management, and coordination functions of these teams are assigned to the heads of the regional administrations (or to the mayor in the case of Stepanakert) or, as determined by them, to their deputies or heads of staff.
