Ivetta Tonoyan: The Level of Authority Has Fallen So Low That a 40-Year-Old Court Case Is Being Dug Up from Archives
Yesterday, Haykakan Zhamanak reported that details of a group rape case involving Gagik Tsarukyan have circulated online. Today, BHK MP Ivetta Tonoyan published a document on her Facebook page, commenting on the released papers and noting that a verdict proving the individual's innocence has long been established in that case.
She specifically wrote: "The leg of a lie is always short... This is a proven truth. And to reveal those cynically spreading this lie required less than 40 days. We knew you were in fear and panic, but that you are prepared to cross all moral boundaries in a state of frenzy is indeed a new development. Though, whom am I talking to? What do you know of morality? I genuinely feel sorry; evidently, the level of authority has dropped so low that, resorting to the dirtiest manipulations, a 40-year-old court case is being pulled from archives and disseminated, and you are so incompetent and talentless that you don’t even realize a verdict proving the individual’s innocence has long been issued in that case. Shame on you, ladies and gentlemen, simply shame."
