‘I and Shirinyan Are Colonels, You Are the Former One’: Former Head of Traffic Police Addresses Daniel Ioannisyan
The former head of the Yerevan Traffic Police and former head of the Emergency Situations Ministry’s Rescue Service, Arsen Arshakyan, commented on the behavior exhibited by Daniel Ioannisyan towards Colonel Shirinyan. He stated, “Looking at the inexplicable position or perhaps for some reason taking it upon himself to control the mask-wearing of the nation, or maybe having received some directive from somewhere, I am honestly astonished, after which he posts referring to ‘former colonel.’ This individual, who at least has come halfway through the bitter path to military ranks, would understand its value. And understanding this doesn’t require much; you just need to be a man and have dignity. Holding back my emotions, this is all I can say for now.”
He also added, “As for the captain who accompanied Ioannisyan, how are you, my friend? Shirinyan and I are colonels, the former one is you. I HAVE A REASON.”
