Tigran Avinyan Introduces New Head of State Revenue Committee

On June 6, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan visited the State Revenue Committee and introduced the newly appointed President Edward Hovhannisyan to the staff.

Tigran Avinyan thanked the former head of the State Revenue Committee, David Ananyan, noting that during the past two years, he not only ensured the smooth operation of the Committee but also significantly increased the organization’s efficiency through implementing reforms, improving administration, introducing new digital tools, and exceeding revenue targets.

The Deputy Prime Minister wished success to the newly appointed president, Edward Hovhannisyan, in promoting customs reforms, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining the continuity of work. Despite the anticipated challenging times, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that the Committee would be able to achieve set results and even surpass them.

David Ananyan expressed gratitude to the staff for their collaboration over the past two years and congratulated and supported Edward Hovhannisyan, wishing him new accomplishments.

The newly appointed president of the State Revenue Committee thanked for the trust placed in him and assured that the Committee would address its challenges at the highest level.
