Temporary Restrictions Lifted in Several Communities of the Shushi Region

The Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, Grigor Martirosyan, has signed a new decision, lifting temporary restrictions in several communities of the Shushi Region.

According to the Artsakh Information Headquarters, the restrictions will continue to apply to areas from Nor Kharakhput to the Karvachar intersection and from the intersection to the town of Karvachar.

Specifically, a special regime for entry and exit is applied to areas including the administrative boundaries of the communities of Karvachar, Nor Brajur, Nor Getashen, Yeghenut, Tsar, Nor Verinshen, Nor Karachinar, Nor Manashid, Nor Kharakhput, and Khnaravan. The entry and exit of individuals and vehicles is prohibited, with exceptions made for movements necessary for the supply of essential goods, pharmaceuticals, and fuel, as well as for the passage of automotive transport on the Drmbon-Vardenis highway and other exceptional cases as directed by the Emergency Situation Command.

To ensure the implementation of the special regime, a checkpoint will be installed at a designated location by the Artsakh police.
