If Mr. Tsarukyan believes that his political statements will divert the natural course of the investigation, he is making a miscalculation. Mane Gevorgyan
The people are not a testing ground, the state is not a testing ground; there should be experienced professionals with proven results, regardless of party affiliation. The composition of the government must change one hundred percent because all sectors of the economy are currently failing.
This was stated by the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan during an urgent meeting of the BHK political council. The Prime Minister's spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan responded to Tsarukyan's remarks: 'I believe that Mr. Tsarukyan is simply concerned about several criminal cases related to money laundering, distributing bribes, tax evasion, and corruption. If Mr. Tsarukyan thinks that his political statements will divert the normal course of the investigation, that is a miscalculation because everyone in Armenia is equal before the law, including regarding the law on confiscating illegally acquired property, which Mr. Tsarukyan may also have reason to be worried about.'
