This was announced by Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia party, during a meeting of the party's political council.

“With this composition of the government, it was impossible to fulfill the promises made to the people beforehand. The main problem is that there are people in this structure, heads of sectors, who have not laid a stone on another in real life, and it was clear that these changes would not become a reality,” Tsarukyan stated.
