Anna and Hrachya Hakobyan File Lawsuit Against Mikael Minasian

The wife of the Prime Minister, Anna Hakobyan, and her brother, Hrachya Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "My Step" faction, have filed a lawsuit against former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican Mikael Minasian. This information was provided to "Armenpress" by the "Datalex" judicial information system.

The lawsuit seeks a public apology and demands the public denial of certain defamatory statements, as well as compensation for damages caused to their honor, dignity, and business reputation. The action was filed on June 2 and assigned to judge Armenuhi Badinyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

Mikael Minasian had published a video online titled "Populism and Theft: The State Oligarch and a Smuggled Cigarettes Plane," in which he claimed that the smuggling of cigarettes was being carried out with the agreement of Hrachya and Anna Hakobyan.
