KamAZ Truck Rolls Over on Kajaran-Kapan Highway, Injuries Reported

On June 1, at 23:52, the National Center for Crisis Management received information about a traffic accident occurring at the 9th kilometer of the Kajaran-Kapan highway. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting and rescue team was dispatched from the Syunik Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the scene. It was determined that a KamAZ truck (driver: Gagik K., born in 1987) had veered off the roadway and overturned, resulting in injuries to the driver and a passenger (Hovhannes Kh., born in 1963). Both individuals were hospitalized at the Kajaran medical center, where doctors assessed their condition as moderately severe.

Rescuers ensured the power was disconnected from the vehicle and conducted cleaning operations on the roadway.
