89 COVID-19 Cases Reported in Syunik, 58 Recovered; 24 Asymptomatic Patients in Home Isolation
In Syunik, the current picture of coronavirus disease spread is as follows: a total of 89 confirmed cases have been reported, of which 58 individuals have recovered. Meanwhile, 31 people are undergoing treatment, including 4 from Kapan, 1 from Goris, 9 from Sisian, 1 from Kajaran, and 16 from Meghri.
Seven infected individuals are currently located at the Kapan medical center, while 24 asymptomatic patients are in home isolation.
“Dear citizens, we strongly urge and encourage you to adhere to the guidelines for safe behavior and disinfection issued by the Ministry of Health and the Emergency Situation Center. Please refrain from organizing or participating in mass events, limit gatherings, and take measures at home, workplaces, and outdoors to protect yourselves and your loved ones and to prevent the spread of the infection,” reads the statement.
