The Commandant's Office Considers Strengthening Mask-Wearing Requirements
The Commandant's Office is discussing the possibility of tightening the conditions for wearing masks. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during an online briefing after a meeting of the Commandant's Office.
“The activity of the police and inspection bodies shows that there are still many citizens in the republic who do not comply with anti-epidemic rules. The police have recorded 1,232 fines, and 134 objects are closed at this time. The raids will continue. Today we discussed the possibility of tightening the conditions for wearing masks. Of course, a decision will only be made as a result of discussions,” said Pashinyan.
The Prime Minister again urged everyone to adhere to anti-epidemic rules, wear masks everywhere, not to touch their face without disinfecting their hands, and to maintain social distance.
