Nikol Pashinyan Held a Phone Conversation with Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of his birthday. During today’s phone conversation, he wished Prime Minister Pashinyan good health and success, and also extended wishes for a speedy recovery to him and his family members.

During the call, Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin exchanged thoughts on the situation related to the coronavirus pandemic and possible future developments. In this context, they discussed issues of cooperation between the ministries of health of the two countries. President Vladimir Putin emphasized the readiness of the Russian Federation to support Armenia in the fight against the pandemic.

The Prime Minister and the President also addressed the upcoming parade in Moscow on June 24 this year, marking the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed gratitude for the invitation received days ago on this occasion. Pashinyan expressed hope that he would be recovered by then and would be able to participate in all the events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory.
