Roads in Armenia Open for Traffic

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reports that roads in the territory of Armenia are passable.

Regarding the Lars crossing, information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of Russia's North Ossetia indicates that due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is only open for freight transportation.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit entry for foreign nationals into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transport.
