Two Accused in Kapan Brawl Case Arrested
Two individuals, Khoren Mirzoyan and Levon Hambardzumyan, have been arrested in connection with a brawl case in Kapan. This was confirmed by lawyer Joseph Sargsyan in an interview with Tert.am.
“The court’s decision is groundless; we will certainly appeal,” said Joseph Sargsyan.
It is noteworthy that charges have been brought in this case under Article 131, Part 2, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code, which pertains to the abduction of a person by a group of individuals through prior agreement.
On May 24, three citizens were detained as part of the criminal case, but the court later deemed their arrests unlawful.
