«The ECHR Also Pulled Back»: Alen Simonian
The Vice President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, wrote on his Facebook page: “The ECHR also pulled back.”
The court found no direct connection between the two questions sent to it and the ongoing criminal prosecution process against former president Robert Kocharyan.
Regarding the other two questions, the court did not identify any violations of Article 7 of the Convention.
