Davith Babayan Appointed Advisor to the President of Artsakh

Former press secretary of the President of Artsakh, Davith Babayan, has been appointed as the advisor to the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, on foreign affairs. This was announced by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, during a live broadcast on his Facebook page.

“Davith Babayan has been appointed as an advisor on foreign issues. We are working with the remaining forces,” noted Harutyunyan.
