14-Year-Old Girl Who Jumped from Armavir's 'Red' Bridge Transferred to Maxillofacial Department
A 14-year-old girl who jumped from the 'Red' bridge in the Armavir region has undergone surgery. In an interview with 'Factinfo', Gevorg Deroyan, the spokesperson for 'Holy Mother of God' Medical Center, stated that the girl was operated on yesterday and transferred to the maxillofacial department. 'The surgery went well. She has been moved from the intensive care unit to the maxillofacial department. Her condition is stable,' said Gevorg Deroyan.
It is reported that the 14-year-old girl had attempted suicide by jumping from the 'Red' bridge in Armavir. She was first hospitalized at Armavir Medical Center and later transferred to Yerevan's 'Holy Mother of God' Medical Center. She had been in the intensive care unit and sustained maxillofacial injuries.
