Prime Minister Does Not Rule Out Return to Strict Quarantine Regime
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, does not rule out that it may be necessary to return to a strict quarantine regime depending on the situation. He made this statement during a press conference on May 28.
“Our task is to manage the situation without going back to quarantine. The criterion is the availability of beds in the intensive care unit. The situation is worsening day by day. Along with the overall statistics, the number of severely ill patients is also increasing. No one can exclude that we may be forced to return to quarantine; this depends on the situation we will have,” said Pashinyan.
