Police Uncover Another Pickpocketing Incident; 42-Year-Old Man Detained

On the evening of May 26, a woman reported to the Nor Nork Police Department that around 8:30 PM, her wallet was stolen from her bag on bus number 8. The wallet contained cash, a driver's license, and bank cards.

Personnel from the Nor Nork Police Department took appropriate measures to identify the individual responsible for the theft and recover the stolen items. The search efforts included collaboration with officers from the 6th division of criminal investigation in the Yerevan Police Department.

Thanks to the professional actions of the specialized unit, the theft was solved on the same day. According to the information provided by the Armenian Police, investigators detained a 42-year-old resident of Baghsyan Street at the intersection of Gay Avenue and Lvov Street.

The man confessed to the crime and returned the stolen items. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
