“Due to the pandemic, I will announce a warning in the National Assembly hall and then remove those deputies who are not wearing masks. You might have seen in the Facebook news feed and updates that I myself was in a situation where I did not wear a mask in an enclosed space. Yes, I made a mistake thinking it was a formal occasion, at the swearing-in of the President of Artsakh, and I did not wear it, and that was a mistake,” stated the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, on the day of the 4th session of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly.
