Levon Mnatsakanyan Dismissed from Position of Artsakh Police Chief

A new police chief has been appointed in the Republic of Artsakh. On May 26, President Arayik Harutyunyan announced the appointment of Ashot Hakobjanian during a statement at the police headquarters, noting that he has also been granted the rank of Major General.
It is important to note that Levon Mnatsakanyan previously held the position of police chief in Artsakh.
