Three Citizens Arrested in Syunik Released, Ruben Melikyan
Following prolonged negotiations with the public, law enforcement transported three arrested individuals from Kapan to Yerevan, and today all three were released by a court decision on the grounds that the arrests were unlawful. This was reported by the former Ombudsman of Artsakh and lawyer Ruben Melikyan on his Facebook page.
