Nikol Pashinyan Signs New Decision

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to create an inter-agency working group aimed at preparing the Republic of Armenia's 12th to 14th periodic joint report to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. The decision also establishes the individual composition of this group.

According to Article 7, Clause 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and Clause 6 of Point 1 of the Government's Decision N 1483-N from November 23, 2007, which set out the procedure for preparing and approving national reports of the Republic of Armenia in line with international obligations, the working group is being formed to ensure compliance with these directives.
