We regret that the minister's words have led to misunderstandings and political exploitation: Ministry spokesman
The spokesperson for the Armenian Minister of Health, Alina Nikoghosyan, has addressed Minister Arsen Torosyan's statement regarding the situation with coronavirus in Georgia.
“We highly value the close cooperation with our Georgian partners in addressing this challenge that knows no borders. The spirit of cooperation dominates our relations, and there is no need to introduce elements of artificial competition into it. It is on that basis that we have built and will continue to develop our sectoral cooperation. We regret that the minister's words have led to misunderstandings and political exploitation. All countries have their national systems and strategies to combat the pandemic, the primary goal of which is to address all existing issues as effectively as possible while considering the specific features of each situation. We wish our Georgian partners continued success in their fight against the pandemic,” Alina Nikoghosyan stated, according to Armenpress.
