Protest participants in Kapan have been warned: the arrested individuals will still be transferred to Yerevan.

It is recalled that at dawn, masked and armed police arrested four individuals from the close circle of the mayor of Kajaran, who are currently in the Kapan Police Department.

Earlier, 168.am reported that a Kajaran resident, Nver Khachaturyan, was mistakenly detained by the police and also subjected to violence.
