New Details from Kapan: Police Unable to Convince Protesters to Clear the Road

A Facebook user, Nver Zela, has published a video showing protesting citizens gathered in front of the Kapan police department, blocking the road.

Earlier, it was reported that a citizen mistakenly taken to the Kapan police station had suffered violence.

It was also noted that an internal investigation is underway regarding the incidents at the Kapan police station, as instructed by the police chief.

The demands of the protesters are to release the detained individuals; otherwise, they plan to continue their protest with a sit-in at the location.
