Daniel Ioannissian wrote on his Facebook page: "The Stepanakert office of the Initiative for Informed Citizens will appeal to the Artsakh police to request the punishment of individuals who violated the requirements of the RA Prime Minister's order, including Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his wife Anna Hakobyan, RA National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan and his wife Gohar Abajyan, RA Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan, RA Deputy National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan, RA Chief Military Inspector Movses Hakobyan, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, Artsakh National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan, former Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, and others."
