The Vice President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, today addressed the "Enlightened Armenia" faction during a live broadcast on Public Television, commenting on their absence from parliamentary sessions.

“They will come to the parliament, what should they do? They will come, they will continue to work, they have no alternative, and I see no reason not to. The imagined situation that they are supposedly concerned about, what are they concerned about? I think they themselves have drawn conclusions from all this, as they found themselves in a very difficult situation. We have also fallen for provocations,” said Simonyan.
