We Are Indeed Guilty in One Respect: MP from My Step
Parliament member from the My Step faction, Arusyak Julhakyan, wrote on her Facebook page: "I came across certain posts, mainly made by very specific circles, supposedly promoting hatred against Tatevik Revazyan, and at the same time noting that the authorities should not complain about the hate campaign directed at them, public insults, and calls for violence being voiced, since two years ago they themselves laid the foundations for that hatred.
No, dear friends, absolutely NOT. The foundations of hatred were laid much earlier, by very specific individuals and their satellites. Those foundations were laid when they were 'preparing' for October 27 in the information space, when the terrorists who carried out that act of terror were called 'a group of romantics,' laid down when citizens were robbed of their vote, when citizens were stripped of their home, left impoverished, when they were subjected to violent repression, political persecution, tortured, beaten, and killed peaceful protesters, when March 1 happened, when in the information space peaceful protesters, fighting for their rights, taking to the streets to reclaim their power, were called drug-addicted drunks, when citizens were humiliated, divided into castes. That is when the foundations of hatred were laid.
And now the same groups and their affiliates continue to spread hatred, undermine social solidarity and the peaceful existence of society. And we are indeed guilty in one respect. We are guilty that they still exist in the arena and are able to continue their unpatriotic, anti-national activities, their propaganda of hatred."
